Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

- Customized or pre-order items may take additional time, and we will notify you accordingly.
3. Shipping Time
- Standard delivery time is 3-7 business days depending on your location.
- Remote areas or special products may take a little longer.
- You will receive tracking details once your order has been shipped.
4. Shipping Charges
- FREE Shipping is available on most products across India.
- Some heavy or large-sized products may have a shipping fee, which will be mentioned at checkout.
- Any additional shipping fees (if applicable) will be clearly shown before you complete your order.
5. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a WhatsApp text with your tracking number and courier partner details.
- You can track your shipment easily through the courier’s website or by contacting us.
6. Delivery Issues
- Please ensure your address, contact number, and pincode are correct at checkout to avoid delivery delays.
- If you are unavailable during delivery, the courier company will usually make 1-2 more attempts or contact you directly.
- If the product returns to us due to incorrect address or non-availability, additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipping.
6. Important Notice for Delivery and Damage Claims
To protect both you and us in case of damage during shipping:
- Please take a clear video while unboxing your package.
- The unboxing video must start before the package is opened and clearly show the condition of the outer box, the seal, and the product inside.
- If there is any damage, defects, or missing parts, please send us the unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery.
- An unboxing video is mandatory for any return, refund, or replacement requests related to damage.
This simple step will help us process your case faster and ensure a smooth resolution for both parties.

- While we aim to deliver on time, unforeseen events such as weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, or courier delays might affect delivery.
